​Peace Public School Kottakkal upholds a comprehensive set of rules and regulations to ensure a disciplined and conducive learning environment. These guidelines encompass various aspects of student conduct, attendance, attire, and general behavior.

Code of Conduct for Students

  • Students are expected to treat school staff and fellow students with respect and courtesy at all times.
  • Maintaining cleanliness by refraining from littering and keeping the school premises tidy is mandatory.
  • Unacceptable behaviors such as irregular attendance, academic dishonesty, neglect of assignments, disruptive behavior, loitering, and disrespect towards staff or peers will result in serious disciplinary action.
  • Any misbehavior or violation of school discipline will be addressed by the disciplinary committee, and corrective actions will be taken. In extreme cases, this may lead to suspension or expulsion from the school.
  • Students are responsible for any damage caused to school property; repair costs will be charged to the students concerned.
  • Attendance and Leave Policy

  • Students absenting themselves from school for any reason must provide an explanatory letter from the parent or guardian, with an entry made in the specified place in the diary.​
  • If a student is absent for two or more days due to sickness, a valid medical certificate must accompany the explanatory letter
  • minimum attendance of 90% is required for an academic year.
  • Dress Code and Personal Appearance

  • Students must adhere to the prescribed dress code during school hours and at all school events.
  • Sideburns, fancy, and irregular haircuts are not allowed
  • The use of jewelry or hair gel that attracts undue attention in a study environment is prohibited.
  • Trousers and pants must be worn above the hip, and all buttons on shirts must be fastened at all times.
  • Students are permitted to wear civilian or color dress on specific days decided by the school.
  • Transportation Rules

  • A parent or an authorized person must be present at the bus point for picking up and dropping off their ward.​
