Peace Public School, Kottakkal is run by Islahiya Charitable Trust under the Almas Group of Institutions. Almas Group is one of the most renowned brands in Malabar since its inception that dates back to two decades. With its headquarters located in Kottakal, the Ayurveda capital of Kerala, the Almas group contributes tremendously to Malabar’s health and education sectors.Al Madeena Institute of Medical Sciences Pvt. Ltd. (ALMAS) laid its foundation in 2002 as a small clinic led by Dr. P A Kabeer, a talented young entrepreneur with a Postgraduate Degree in General Medicine.Today, the hospital has grown into a 500-bed Super Specialty Hospital and Medical Post Graduate Institution. In addition, the Almas Group employs over 2,000 people across its multifarious businesses including Nursing and Paramedical Educational institutions, an Ayurvedic Resort with Four-star facilities, and schools. As a person who grew up in a household with an ordinary financial background, Dr. PA Kabeer, believes that along with the growth of his business, the well-being of those anchored on him is also his moral responsibility.The Charitable Hospital that was initiated under the Almas Charitable Trust, ensures completely free treatment for destitute patients and undertakes a number of charitable activities including housing schemes, pension schemes, etc.
